Are any of you R.I.P.P.E.D Certified? We had a trainer to come teach a certification class at our gym Saturday but I had to sell my spot and miss the class. However, I'm going to a class tonight that our gym instructor is teaching and just wondered if any of you attend/ teach this class as of yet. Thanks.:smile:

Nice Spring twist on cantaloupe

Sweet potato, yummy!
Just wanted to give a shout out to my crock pot, LOL. This time of year it create wonders! Last night I split two sweet potatoes in half, wrapped in foil and threw them in my crock pot for a couple of hours. I popped one for breakfast and all I have to say is yummy! Sweet as potato pie!

Ok it's 8 weeks left until a New Year!
