One of my favorite fruits is the cantaloupe. I'm making this dish at our next brunch gathering. Tootles:flowerforyou:

*One Cantaloupe
*20 large fresh mint leaves


1.Cut cantaloupe up into cubes
2.Dice mint leaves.
3.Toss diced mint with cantaloupe.
4.Garnish with a dandelion for fun.
