  • I use www.fitnessblender.com, they have quite a variety, and no cheesy music either.
  • I've just started doing kundalini yoga at home, and you're right about the stress levels - it's not easy working full time and having a 16 month old running me and hubby ragged, so even though I have to get up at 4am to practise, I don't feel as tired and stressed as before. :)
  • If you can get online while you're at work, www.fitnessblender.com has a 32 minute chair workout video that you can do at work and a printable cubicle workout routine.
  • There are some good prenatal yoga and pilates dvds out there. I did a little bellydancing when I was carrying my little one, though you have to be careful which movements you do.
