I made a not as low calorie version. 12 oz of International Delights Iced Coffee, 1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Natural Vanilla Whey and ice cubes. I also love Click Protein Powder Vanilla Latte flavor but it is a but pricey. I personally cannot do almond milk but good job on finding a lower calorie alternative!!

How long have you been stuck? Plateaus are a normal part of weight loss and making drastic changes may help, but also may result in rebound when you begin eating more.

Just another gimmick for those seeking shortcuts to weight loss. Perhaps is works for some, or has some moderate effectiveness for most but it does not do the one thing needed for true weight loss and that is change a person's mindset.

Well I made protein pancakes which are healthy so I assume you can do the same with waffles. Should be plenty of recipes on here. Otherwise, just look for a recipe with wheat flour, low fat or soy milk and other healthy ingredients.

bump....awesome thread!! I like to cook things like chicken sausage, pulled chicken, pulled pork, turkey kielbasa, etc which will last for a few days then throw in a good veggie. I usually eat either a Powercrunch protein bar or Belvita cookies in the morning and then in the afternoon a fiber bar and or peanut butter.

Do not have any and almost always considered them trashy until recently. For some reason since losing weight and getting in better shape I want one to tell the story of my journey. Wife does not want me to get one but I told her if and when I ever complete my first Ironman or half I am getting one!
