  • Hello! I've been MIA during my busy month of Oct! Went to Atlanta this past weekend to visit daughter for 31st birthday. It was a great visit! But ate too much! Back on track today.
  • My no cheat has been to increase my activity to 10,000 steps per day and not to cheat by having less activity. So far, i have reached this goal every day in May! Thanks to the motivation from this group!

  • Yup, that's exactly right! According to the trainer at the gym, when you reduce your calorie intake for an extended period of time, your body goes into starvation mode. Eating a high calorie meal kick starts your metabolism into high gear. Like cross training helps you burn more calories. Great job!
