16 pounds my first month, that was before I joined MFP though. Its a fun first month or 4 for me, I loved the scale then.

Its a grain, very healthy. It cooks exactly like like rice and can be eaten in various forms. I make a quinoa summer salad-favorite or a side (when cooked with chicken broth is yummy) I have been making a bunch with garlic and then eating it with a chicken breast

Trader Joes is better for price, but there are a few items that only whole foods carries that I like. I just hate that 5 items can add up to $35 sometimes at whole foods.

I work with kis with autism so I totally understand the exhaustion part, I make myself workout in the morning so that I cant blow it off at the end of the day. I also have a family member with allergies like yours, cook your veggies (I like grilled). Just keep it up though. 7 pounds is great, so stay positive.

Icing my knee as we type, lunges and squats will build the muscle around the knee, stonger quads help with knees as well.

The jean shopping about the zipper is exactly me. I am pear for sure, I do cardio daily and bootcamp/circuit train 2-3 days a week. It has help with the slimming and toning. Through a park district around me they have classes designed to play active games with young kids, parents are involved with some of the classes. As a teacher games like red light green light, mother may I and mr. fox are movement games that kids enjoy and don't realize how much they are moving.

You have been on for 2 months and 7.4 pounds is a great loss!! Congratulations! Your body works in starvation mode when you eat too little. Try to eat at least 1200 calories and if you workout eat some of those calories back too, enjoy the journey.
