this is a marathon and not a sprint. Believe me I have had weeks i gain (this week) but lost 3 inches. stuff happens and the farther along you are in the journey you will realize this. I am going to have to say that you didn't gain 4 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks, but it would be bloat, water retention, TOM...a list of…

Chocolate is fine if you eat it in smaller doses. Dont eat a snickers bar daily, but a piece of chocolate can be just what you need to stop cravings and overdoing it. I like to bake chocolate quinoa bars, its a dessert, but has healthy stuff in it too. Just a 1 inch bar does the trick.

What a tool! Rock your run and forget the haters.

i don't mind the "approach" but its the lingering that bothers me. If you want to talk, ask when I am going to be finished and can talk after. But I had and 19 year old follower today and it was just so wrong.

also under settings go to Diary settings and you can change meals/times to anything you want. I have seen pre workout and post workout meals, times, etc... play around a bit and it will make sense

I lose 4 pounds a workout in sweat (sure its a bunch more when outside in summer) Sweat is good, you are hydrated, your body is cooling itself, you should be happy that your body is working correctly, sweat your *kitten* off. Just don't sweat on the person next to you on the stairmaster like I did. OOOPS!
-
Congratulations, that is so awesome

I am not from Washington, but my brother-in-law is doing an exteme mudder in Seattle, he and my sister live out there.

I Feel so good after both the exercises!!! Love Them

My trainer busts my *kitten* when she sees me running. She says that switching up the cardio is very important (even interval running). Your body has become accustom to "okay wake up, run, work, done" Change is the answer.

I think about what the people around me would think if I gave up too soon. I know thats silly, but i would rather they think "dang, she's working hard for what she wants" than them say, "figures, bet that fatty is tired"

#1- 30 DS has lots of squats and lunges. I have bad knees too but I did it. #2 try investing in some glucosamine. It has helped me a ton and I have no more pain. I do squats and lunges daily and it used to hurt just to sit down and stand up. Took about 3 weeks to kick in, but it helped

I broke my 4 month plateau with weight training. Keep your body guessing, muscle helps to burn more calories.

I love sweet corn in the summer, it is full of calories, because yes it is a grain, ditch the bun for the burger and eat the corn-thats what I do in the summer time.

I work with kids and they make these all the time in our pretend kitchen, it just made me chuckle

I would try eating those foods at a slightly increased calorie allowance, you may still lose weight, and fast. My mom has the same allergy and lost about 30 pounds in 2 months, she probably ate more calories, but of foods her body could tolerate and process. Good luck

See if there is a lighter bar for bench press (can use the same for squats, but like others said that is whats good about a squat rack, it stops the bar from crushing you if you lose control) Usually gyms have lighter ones on different racks. I have a personal trainer and she helps with proper technique and pushes me, also…
