okay, so first if you are being completely honest with yourself and you have hit a plateau heres whats always worked for my friends and I take off some time from exercise and up your calories, trick your metabolism. eat an extra yogurt or fruit or snack. not a big mac or anything but sometimes rest really helps

It is really hard to calculate, I wouldnt even trust a website to do it, that's why I went with the body weight calculation But if someone loses more than 10 pounds it cant really be blamed on water weight so most of it should be fat, unless you lost an arm or something... which would suck. okay so int he beginning everyone will give me their start weight so lets say you are 200 and another person is 300 200 lb person loses 20 lbs 300lbs person loses 21 lbs so 200 - 20 is 180. 180/200 = .90 meaning they lost 100%- 90% which is ten percent of their body weight 300 - 21 is 279. 279/300 = .93 meaning they lost…

Basically you would have to weigh in try your hardest to beat everyone else in the group at losing the most percentage of body weight Ill have little mini challenges to help people out and make some friends with the other members connect and lose together
