Thank you! C25k didn't go so well this week. I learned two things: 1. Don't run after just eating or you will get the worst side stitch ever which will hurt for days and 2. Don't run on the sidewalk, try running on the grass so it'll be easier on the knees and you won't be out for days for that. Lol I'm learning as I go.…

Bump for later thanks!

Bump... My mom used to love orange dreamsicles and this would be perfect for me counting calories! Saving this for later.

Finish day 1 today! :) some parts I could quite make it through but I kept my feet moving and did it!
-
So I accomplishes one of my goals for the week! Not only did I get through the first set but I got through the whole first day of 30 day shred! So proud! Now, onto c25k. :)

Tomorrow is actually my rest day for the week but I will start Monday! I actually tried to do the workouts last week but I couldn't make it through. I think I can this time though. :)

I take celexa and while I have noticed being more tired, since I've started exercising and actively working at losing weight last week, I've lost some weight. I will say that days when I don't exercise I'm typically more exhausted than when I do.

I, personally, think walking is a great place to start! I've always lost weight walking. it's one of my favorite exercises to do.

Zen labs is the one I had. I knew it was lab-something. I found one that is a free trial and did a mini test run and it seemed to work fine. So I'll probably end up buying the full version of that one. Thanks everyone for the help! :)

Oh, it was bad. Once they were too close and trying to bite at my heels, I whipped out my can of mace and the spray nozzle broke. ._. But it's okay. I'll be back at it Monday morning (after I get a new can of mace of course). Thanks! I'm going to go look for it on the app store right now.

Bhahahaha! I log mine anyways. I figure if someone questions it as exercise, I'll let them clean it next time. Lol!
-
I hope so too. I was so frustrated when it quit on me this morning (did I mention I had two dogs chasing me at the exact same time?). Have you had any technical issues with the app?

Hey everyone! My goal for this week is to get through the first week of c25k and get through one set of level one of 30DS. So far I've made it halfway through the cardio. :) I also hope to lose either a pound or an inch off my hips.

This week (my first week back at it) will be 5 days wwith walking on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and 30DS tomorrow. Wednesday and Sunday are/is my rest days. Starting Monday, though, it'll be C25k on Monday-Wednesday-Friday and 30 Day Shred Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday with just one rest day. That way I'm cutting…

I'm starting C25K Monday and I'm from Dallas. The only time I work out now is in the mornings, and nothing past 9:00 AM. I get up at about 5:30 and go for a walk but I will be replacing that with C25k. If I was you, and mornings didn't work I wouldn't be running right now but instead maybe try to keep your endurance and…

17 inches?! That's almost two feet! @lovtolaff I watched apart of the level one video on youtube and I thought "this looks to simple" and then I remembered that looks can be deceiving. lol

Congrats! He is precious. :)

@plumsgrl lol! That's awesome. I'm not really worried about weight gain even. Anyone have advice on when I should start weight training? Should I wait until after I'm done with the reset?

Hey everyone! I'm Meaghan. c: It'll be a year in November since I first joined MFP and up until now I've stuck with it for about 3 weeks at a time. MFP put me on a 1210 cal/per day diet since I chose losing 2 Ibs/week. Before I joined, I lost roughly 50 Ibs last spring by cutting my calories way down (700-900 average) and…
