  • Your Taco soup may be low in calories but have you calculated the amount of SODIUM consumed? The first 5 canned ingredients are loaded -- in just a quick look -- there is way over 2000mg per 1/4 cup! Need to look at the whole pix --including sodium consumption!

  • Whole wheat English muffins are a better choice than "biscuits." Try an eng muffin with an egg white + 1 piece of Oscar Meyers turkey bacon for a homemade biscuit. I also do a lot of breakfast wraps -- instead of the bread.
  • Turkey bacon is a good healthy alternative! Lite beers are a good choice!!
