im 5'4". if i werent fat, i'd have a fairly small build. i should be pretty petite for my size. i wear about a size 12-14. weight 191 as of right now. goal weight is 125. and i've had two children 2 and 4

i would love to lose about 30lbs before christmas. we have a lot of family coming and that would be the perfect present would be hitting 161. i've lost 7 this week. and start a new workout plan tonight. for my body, i feel like its an attainable goal. good luck to everyone!
