Not asking for the magic pill I am doing it the healthy way by working out every day and eating healthier. Not asking for some crazy gimmick you see on tv. Just asking what meal replacements or supplements people take? There are times when I cant eat so instead of skipping a meal it would be nice to have something.

Im in love with Stash Mint Green tea. If you love mint then thats the tea to drink. And I love Liptons Green Tea Superfruit line. I liked the coconut one and now drinking the white mangosteen and peach green tea. Both are fruity and not much of the green tea taste. I second the Teavana suggestion.
