Agreed! I went for the first time tonight and it was amazing. I am relatively new to yoga and I feel like I did much better in my hot yoga class than a normal one - the heat really opens up your body and allows you to stretch a lot farther!

I was the same way until last year when I finally caved and tried it, and now I love it. I put fruit in mine sometimes, but mostly I just use salt & pepper. My favorite kind is Fiber One, low fat, high protein, and fiber all in one :)

I sort of do a "Cheat Day," I eat well during the week and during the weekend (on Sundays usually) I have one cheat meal (which is usually close to being my daily total...) and eat light for my other meals.
