I typically walk for 5 minutes before and then 5 minutes after. I then stretch everything, I have learned that stretching will help with all the sore muscles.

I did this program and graduated from it 3 weeks ago. I absolutely love it, I was not a runner at all I hated to run but now I cant get enough of it.
