I started taking Contrave 8/11 and down 10 pounds as of today. I am pretty sure most of that is water weight. I feel good, a little head fuzzy at times but I noticed a huge change in the way I think about food. I have lost 205 pounds and I am still struggling with this. I see a big blob and how much further I still have. I hope with time it will get better. I went from a 4x to a size 12 and a 3x top to a medium.

I had a dream that I ate a WHOLE large pizza to myself then went to Mcdonalds....Woke up satisfied. HAHA

Give it time, you body will adjust. It is hungry from the extra calories being burned. I would at least eat back half those calories though.

I rather go to bed on a empty stomach, I sleep better. I wake up and have a protein shake every morning but I am never STARVING when I awake. I am actually more hungry in the morning when I do eat before bed...it is weird.

I do about 1,000 a day, only because my body won't lose the 2 pounds a week at 1200. I have been doing this for 7 years now and have lost 200 pounds as of today. Just listen to your body.

I usually get a great work out in during the morning then eat something very light. Then when I go to the party I have plenty of calories stored up that I can eat what I like. Don't stress or it. One meal wont make you gain just like one meal wont make you lose. Hope you have a fun time!

Kelloggs has a new type of cracker chips. They are the Salt and vinegar ones. AMAZING!! I think you can eat 25 of them for 130 and were only $1.98 =)

You can't sit there and think about the past. Focus on today and what good you can do today. Just start back again. I am constantly starting over again. Dont worry about that party, time to just move on. Maybe go for a walk today instead of the normal workout. Start that back up tomorrow ;)
