YES! I did this last year. What got me motivated was signing up to do a biggest loser challenge at my work. I was able to lose 50 pounds from January until begining of August. Asparagus, lettuce (all kinds), atkin candy's (barely any sugar and great after lunch for a sweet tooth), honey, nuts, peanut butter, cucumbers (can't get enough lately), strawberrys, chicken, ground lean turkey, brocoli, green beans (been getting these from the farmers market AMAZING!), lemons

I am coming to the end of mine as well. I say drink a ton of water with cucumber and lemons. It will help to flush any left over water weight. Also bananas help with bloat. I would say not to workout 24 hours before you weigh in just so your muscles have time to release any extra water they are storing. Good Luck!

I was more than half way to my goal when I got married. Thought I looked AMAZING, then the pictures came. I was so much bigger than I thought. It has kept me going since and helped me to drop another 50 pounds.

Tons of things you can do Zumba videos, they also have a app that does diff Zumba songs. I also do youtube videos for all types of dance workouts just find one you really like. I workout from home everyday =) get a jump rope, 10-20 pound weights, a few workout videos from the library. You can find tons of workouts online. There are also lots of workout video's on youtube. I also take my dog for runs to get some harder cardio in.

I have been having sugar free dark chocolate pudding with lite whipped cream on top. Under 100 calories and so yummy.

I am no doctor or anything but what has worked for me is eating lots of protein and only having good fats. I have lost a lot of weight and still feel strong. I lift twice a week and do zumba/run the other days. Good luck!!

This is me! I love to have a huge breakfast and then sometimes I even skip dinner because I am not even hungry. You just have to do what works best for yourself. I always wake up very hungry and since I work out mostly in the evenings I am not hungry after a work out. I would usually have a protein shake for dinner before…

Check out my food log, you might be able to get some ideas. Most days I eat a wrap with chicken and veggies with a little fat free sour cream that I mixed a ranch powder packet in...so filling and low in calories.
