I started at 290 pounds with the couch to 5k program. It really help me build my indurance to run a 5k and not stop.

ME! I am down 140 and I want to loose that last 60 pounds. I am starting over going back to the basics. I reset my numbers so I lose 1 pound a week versus 2. I feel if I have a bit more room in my calories I can have a more long term success. Feel free to friend me.

THIS! It isnt a diet, it is a lifestyle change. On a diet I couldn't eat some of the food that I enjoy, I just make sure to log all of it. Also on a diet I would fail.

I can not help I eat the same thing almost every day. Green beans, lunch meat, baked cheetos, and yogert. Sometimes thought I do mixed veggies instead of green beans. :bigsmile: I do the same thing because I know what the calories are and I can just throw this all together really fast before work.

Mine is french fries as well....also any ice cream that is single wrapped such as ice cream sandwhich's ,drum sticks, snickers etc...I will eat the whole box in a day.

Bariatric people can only eat 4-8 ounces per meal. That is why they are told to only eat and not drink till 30 minutes after. They want that food to stay in there "new stomach or pouch" as long as possible to give them a longet full feeling. I say drink while you eat unless you have had surgery.

You just do it! I know exactly how you feel. I started out at 400 pounds, that was three years ago, now I am at 263. I have lost a total of 135 pounds, 120 of that was before I join MFP....it took me about 1 1/2 years......I actually started my journey well over 3 years ago but stopped losing for about a year. I am here and working my tail off to get the next 65 pounds off....feel free to friend me =)

In the summer I usually run before work (really early), I have tried running in the afternoon heat and notice I can not go as long or as fast., plus I get it in so I dont have to worry about it the rest of the day. I love starting my day off with a good run =)
