hi everyone, I am also overweight. tried every diet you can probably think of. I am new at this also but if anybody have any suggestion on exercise and food. please let me know or friend me also and i will be glad to take the suggestion.

I am new on myfitnesspal. I hope to lose alot of weight but do it slowly but the right way. I have a great support team but i want to have more support. please if you have any advice i would appreciate it so much.
