Crush Fat-Free Saltine Crackers and sprinkle a bit of Sweet paprika in the mixture. Dip the chicken breast in nonfat yogurt. Spray pan with non stick spray & Bake 20-25 minutes Excellent and Moist This is an old W.W. recipe, I use this ALL the time. ENJOY!!!

Zippity- Onions actually get a little watery when they are fried. I would put the garlic & onions in first and fry them a little and then add the shrooms & peppers. You might not even need to add any oil if you don't want to:happy:

When I was doing W.W. I would have Lean Cuisine Paninis. If you have a microwave available, there are quite a few options. It all really depends on what you are trying to watch--say like Fat or Carbs, etc.... then you look at some different options. Good Luck!
