We have had record breaking heat 2 or 3 days this week up to 106 (today) with heat index 110. Needless to say I have been drinking my water. 16 glass = 128oz. I'm excited today! My family and I went to Lambert's today. It is a home style cooking restaraunt, famous for their throwed rolls. I stuffed myself and made the best choices I could. I didn't think about changing to my highest weight. I kept it where I started. I think I will change mine. SW 194 (6/24) CW 197 (7/1) GW 174 Labor Day GW 120 I gained 3lbs, I'm okay with that because I normally gain 5-10lbs with TOM, so 3lbs during TOM is okay. I will have to work extra hard to get that + more off next week.

I did the logging ever day, 96+oz of water, but today was the 1st day I exercised and did 45min. I plan to do better this week.

I started my Wii Zumba tonight. I did 45min. I'm hoping it won't be too hot at 6:45am tomorrow so I can walk to church. It was 103° today, now 88°, and tomorrows hi is 104°. I do plan on doing my Wii Zumba tomorrow. :-)

2 bras do NOT work for me, I have tried several times. Mine still bounce to much and hurt. She said to put on a wide back sports bra then duct tape over the bra and I just might try that.

AWESOME!!!! I'm flat footed and shoes with great arch support are all I can wear for walking. Shoes makes a HUGE difference for me. Keep up the great work!!!

I don't drink. I can't stand the taste of it and I'm allergic to it. Even when there is alcohol in food I can have a reaction (my face and neck turn red instantly and I get hot. Not a feeling I like.) My hubby doesn't drink either. We enjoy every bit of life alcohol FREE!!! :-) We are proud of it!!!

My problem with running is my boobs. I have tried my good support sports bra with a regular bra and they still bounce so much that they hurt and my chest hurts. I gave up and just walk. I did use the C25K.

I almost got on the scale out of habit, but I didn't. 3 more days, we CAN do it!!!!

I walked 1 1/2 miles in 30min this morning. Logged my food and drank my 96oz of water. :-)
