  • I was told that if you workout after eating preferably a liquid breakfast (example, protein shake) your body will burn fat. If you workout on an empty stomach your body will burn some fat but also muscle (you don't want to do). Fasting may be okay, but you may lose more muscle than fat when you workout. I don't know how…

  • I wish I knew the exercises to target those areas. Don't give up just keep pressing on. Have you tried switching your exercise around? That may help. Or maybe eating a few more calories for a couple of days. Don't give up!!!!

  • Is it possible that you are pregnant? I did that at the beginning of my 1st pregnancy. I have done the binge eating during TOM, but not for very long. I never thought about my iron being low, I thought it was my body trying to compenste for my quitting chocolate. My iron being would make a LOT of sense.

  • I am keeping cream & a bandaid on it. It does feel better today, but still hurts. We have a pool, however, I can't swim until Saturday. I had surgery June 1st and can't swim for 6 weeks. Saturday I am SWIMMING!!! Thanks for the suggestions.
  • VeganKelli- thanks! I did my 5 minute Abs, logged & drank my 96oz of water. I have a set back with my workouts. I stepped on a toothpick last night. The tip of it was stuck in the ball of my foot. I'm trying to find something I can do with the pain I am in. I will figure it out.
