11 more to go!

I am also doing well with this week's challenges. I added weights and abs...small steps. Walking, logging, and drinking water everyday! I even ran a little this week. You all motivated me :)

    0,4 pounds this week. (Average of 0,9 a week so far for this challenge)

    I also lost 0,25 inches off my neck and hips this week. Maybe not a huge loss, but getting there!

    Up 4 lbs. from last week and 2 lbs up from the start of the challenge. TOM coming in a few days plus I ate too much sodium yesterday. Hopefully next week will be better. :grumble:

    Hmmm, need to average 2 lbs a week. Being as I usually lose a few one week and then not much if anything for the following week, I might be able to do this, lol!

    I lost 1 lb this week. I'll take 1 pound over not losing or gaining. I had a very bad week this week
    - I did meet my goal of logging every day
    -i did not meet my goal for water on any day
    -i stayed within my calories for 2 days (out of the others it said i would lose 2 days and gain 2 days)
    -no exercise still due to back (but im gonna change that today)

    My original goal weight was 150.0 (2 pound a week loss), but I think an average of a 1.5 lb a week loss is more realistic for me. Still pumped!! I'll get to 150.0 a few weeks after labor day-- and that's still crazy awesome.

    I logges everyday, drank 96-128oz ever day (12-16 glasses), did Wii Zumba 45-65 minutes everyday.

    Week 1: 173 (still think that's wonky, but okay)
    Week 2: 169.2 (I was this weight last night, and this morning after doing nothing but sleep I was 170? lol I'm going by this)

    I did an hour of sit-ups total, drank my water every day, incorporated weights for a total of 40 minutes this week and logged every day except for one where I only logged half.

    I can honestly say that I pushed myself hard this week. Did a lot of lifting on the home gym, push ups, crunches, sit-ups, tons of cardio, and C25K. I guess it is true what they say...You do the crime, you do the time....I put in a lot of time into working out and I am so happy I am starting to see results! Also, I have been fluctuating my calorie intake. When I run I literally feel like my fat is melting away - at least thats how I picture it and that's what makes me keep running! Oh yes, I have also been eating very "healthy". I officially cut out all the junk food I used to eat (doritos, cheetos, ice creame - the "bad" kind). I really am starting to change my mentality about food. What goes into my body is fuel for my Mind, Heart and Soul. My relationship with food is going to change. I can feel and see it.

    So the scale hasn't budged in the last week.... BUT!!!!!!..... My shirt that I put on for work this morning was WAY too big... I had to put on one of those cute little belts that skinny girls wear around their upper torsos to make the shirt look even halfway decent!!!! The scale officially means nothing to me... it's all about resultS!

    I think losing 1lb a week is great but may not be enough for this challenge! Only 8 weeks left to lose 18lbs?! Yikes, I had better step up my game! Getting into the 160s would be an amazing feeling, so I just have to push for it!

    That is great!! I noticed the same thing...I like to see the number at times, but inches don't lie!

    My bootcamp class was off last week and I took the week off from strenuous exercise. I'm hoping I gave my body some rest and it comes back with a vengeance now.
