Last week I had one of those weeks where I ate under my calories but didn't get enough excercise and water. I think that was a reason for my plateau. Hoping this past week was a better one for me. Weigh in tomorrow at work.0 -

Great job guys!! I've been running around crazy, moving in a week so didn't get a chance to weigh, but keep up the good work and I'll have a challenge up in a bit!0

Having to reevaluate. I had a night out on Friday and Saturday and Sunday. Eatting outside my kitchen kills my control of carbs and sodium. It was fun, but now I struggle with the consequences...bloating, water retention, and gi problems.

Total lost for challenge 1.4 lbs not a great loss last week. :sad:0 -
No change this week. Think I need to get back to basics and start tracking again. Seems like I got the best results then. If I were a betting person, I would have to say my diet is the culprit.0
