I usually weigh earlier than the weekend:
SW for challenge: 172
end weight week 1: 170,5
End of week 2: 170,1
End of week 3: 169
goal weight for challenge: 160 (although thinking of revising to 162/163 ish)
1,1 pounds this week. (Average of 1 pound a week so far for this challenge)

You seem to have some sort of problem with me. But I know you are just testing me to see how strong I am and if I will eventually give up. I've come up against bigger challenges than you will ever present, so don't count on me giving up EVER! One thing I am is COMPETITIVE, and I refuse to let you beat me! See ya next week!

I didn't do much this week - I am recovering from a sinus infection that pretty much put me out of commission mid-week and all weekend. hoping to get back on the wagon this week. no losses but didnt expect much because i couldn't exercise.0 -
