I'm an older, and overwieght (25 too many on a 6 ft frame), in Atlanta whichhas lots of hills. Rather then slowing pace, I shorten stride. Any opinions on that? I suspect this would hurt overall time, but my main interest is keeping heart rate up. thanks!
