  • What a relief to read this post! Same thing happened to me this a.m. (but 4 lbs). I was shocked! But I'm a week out from my TOM.
  • I either plan my route to put me near water at some point or I wear a hydration belt around my waist (with 4 little water bottles on it).
  • Shred raw beets into your salad...voila! I have them every day.
  • Beets are the wonder veggie...I shred them and eat them on my salad every day. You can also chop the stalks and toss them in and the leaves although the stalks and leaves are a bit bitter so use less. They are great for digestion and if you tend towards anemia.
