Incredibly inspiring, and judging by your profile pic, you've since hit your goal since this post. Like you, I look at success stories for motivation. Something about seeing someone else succeed can give me the push I need to get started/stick with it. Thanks for your post. :smiley:

Everyone has their opinions, but if you're asking for real experience, I definitely feel better without the diet soda/regular soda in my system. I was at the point where EVERY time I was thirsty, I reached for a diet soda instead of water. Not only did it cause me to be in a perpetually dehydrated state, it totally works…

Having your husband hold your hand everywhere you go, because he's so proud to be with you. He still did this before I started losing weight. It just FEELS different. It feels deserved. To someone like me, who has always had body image issues regardless of my weight, this is huge....

Man oh man, I blew a wad of cash on support bras at the beginning of the year and 40 lbs later, I'm swimming in them. I think 20 lbs must have all been boob because it sure didn't come off my butt. Now I'm stuck with four bras sizes 40H and 38G---and I'm literally down to a DD now! I'm not complaining. But I feel the pain…

Personally, I think the fact that you've logged consistently is so incredibly key. Fluctuations will happen, but consistency, in any form, shows that you have the perseverance to push through. You got this. Do NOT give up...and neither will I. :)

That is incredibly inspiring! I've toyed with the idea of doing the Zone Diet (food blocks) myself. Eating cleaner, etc. I'm always motivated after reading a success story. Keep it up!
