I ran out of milk, wanted a cup of tea, had to have it black & I hated the taste. I put it in simple terms for you considering you are the 1/100000000000000 person who could not figure that out.

1. ran out of milk & cant be bothered right now facing the gale force winds to walk 3km to get more 2. Fasting day & I don't normally have tea or coffee at all on these days only plain water, but it was so cold this morning I needed to warm up without waking the house so exercise was out. 3. Former alcoholic so vodka is…

Chobani. Try it. Passionfruit is my fave... pop it into the freezer & you have ice cream that is so damn good for you.

I'm sorry to all the fat people out there that my working my *kitten* off makes you feel bad about yourself. Actually I am not sorry. It's not my problem if you can't handle it.
-
:flowerforyou: Thank you for that :flowerforyou: someone was bound to say the truth sooner or later.

Actually it was THEM that ate & got overweight, not the pills that made them do it. The pills made them hungry, but did not make them eat more.... the pills did not say EAT OR I'LL STOP WORKING or EAT OR I'LL KILL YOU. THEY made the choice to eat more. People have to stop blaming other things.

I have had my One since Nov 2012. I got it after I lost my weight so it didn't help me lose weight at all. But it does keep me active. I physically can't sit down all day, from the moment I wake up anywhere between 4am and 5:30am till the time I crash into bed at 10pm or later. I figured if I am up & going anyway... then…

Why dont you just save them all for dinner?

On the very few times I ran on a treadmill (hated it totally & only did it 3 times) I would grab my towel & cover the whole front part up with it so I could not see. That made me focus less on the time/speed/calories & more on the 'run' It still sucked on it though, it was harder for me to get into it. 10km on there feels…

I love the blerch. He's there often.

I zone out the entire 10km. I love it. Where I run I don't need to worry about traffic at all. Worst thing I have to worry about are people on bikes who think they own the whole path and push me onto the grass...or the snakes or rabbits. I've had to avoid a swan and a frog once. But apart from that I tune out, thats my…

I was like you once OP. In the end I would refuse to eat anything over 50 calories. It was making me not only sick but developing an eating disorder. Think of how little 'filling' foods there are for 100cals... your being told to have jello, popcorn, crackers. They wont make you any less hungry than the raisins. Try…

I lost weight eating 2 chicken thighs each night for 7 months. I'm not avoiding them cause they are cheaper, smaller than a breast (and I got a small freezer & cant eat a full one) they are great in a slow cooker, easy to cook & who cares how many calories.... I'd rather my calories go into something good for me than some…

The people who hate on her looks right now are most likely fat people. Ones that don't have the motivation to do anything about it & so they will take it out on someone who has.

I have ONE meal on the days I eat. ONE. I never have breakfast anyway, I'm not hungry so why eat? Lunch I'm usually busy at work, dinner I am at home & will eat whatever I feel like. Always done that. I think I did kinda well with my weight loss. Time of day eating is not important, I workout better without eating There is…

20lbs in 3 months? It can be done, but remember it's not easy & you didnt put it on that fast. I lost 78lb in 7 months & it was hard work. Well not hard hard but it took dedication. Eat right or even try 5:2 (people have lost heaps this way & it's actually easier than every day restricting) and get plenty of exercise in.…

Not everyone can start lifting. Why does lifting always have to end up being the ONLY way you can lose weight according to people here? I can't lift anything, I can do bodyweight but that is it. Apart from that... forget it unless people who keep telling me to lift are willing to pay for medical bills & surgery?
-
Yep add another + here for me.
-
Nope I lost all my weight just thinking about it. :noway: Let me know when you get off that box & show the world your new discovery. If you can't tell I'm being sarcastic.

It is ONE baby, and one that can entertain itself easily while she does other things. Women for years have managed to do it. Give the baby some toys to play with & she can do other things. Tired? She does nothing, how can she be tired?
-
This. An 11 month old is not needing attention the whole time, and can actually be just placed in a play pen while she does some stuff around the baby. It's not that hard & I think she may be using it as an excuse. Yep, clean or go get a job to pay for the housekeeper is what I'd be saying to her. Her JOB now is the…

Once when I was on my normal daily walk to the supermarket (this was the 17km round trip) I saw a larger woman running towards me, she was actually going well. I love running so knew how hard it was when bigger. So I smiled, gave a nod and a little clap and mouthed well done. With a smile on my face you could tell it was…

Never had a cheat day or meal once. I'm doing ok

Tah dah my meal for 36 hours every 2nd day.

Seriously. I wonder if you'd be so 'thankful' if your parents were like mine where my dad would belt the crap out of my mother in front of me & my 1yo brother. I was 5 years old when I 1st remember it happening, but I'm sure it happened more than I saw. I wonder then if you'd still want your parents to be together despite…

Ditch the coffee. You want to wake up? Apple instead. Now as for the gym thing. Perhaps the reason you find it so hard is because you dont like it? I go through stages where running is the last thing I can do only because my heart isnt in it at all. Perhaps this is the case. Try some bodyweight exercises instead for a…

I am sure the father would have said ok to the date as well... kinda hard to get married without the other half.

yes the irony... perhaps you would like a mirror.
