Go right fr something like the 735XT. The 35 does not have great battery life, Or go for the 235....

Garmin is good for people like me who run a lot as well. Not just swimming. As for step trackers... that's why they invented ones that sit on your hip. But then I wear my garmin 235, my fitbit one & my fitbit flex. Guess what one on my non-dominant hand tracks better?

I'm active enough to get the days in a row... I eat Keto so for me it's no longer about the calories. But I will support others :smiley:

I was running a normal way through a big bushy park, off beaten tracks. On the app it said 'zombies 20mtrs ahead' so I run faster.... I dont. I go for the big mac. I still lose weigh as well. I opt for no bun though...I dont need the carbs

Actually it takes my body 4 hours to digest it fully. I should know cause I can pinpoint exactly when I need to poop... and this is only on days I eat...and I know exactly what it is.

I did 4:3 for about 4 years. 3 days a week with nothing but water. Now I do a mix of Keto 5 days a week (with 16:8) and then 2 days with nothing but water. Works well for me, I'm used to no food & prefer it that way. Easy done when I work in a cafe as well :)

Why would you need high carb? It turns into sugars..... your body don't need to run off that crap

I eat close to 2000 and am losing about 2kg a week without fail. It's almost 1/2kg a day for me. Try Keto. You may find it's better, more filling & actually less hard work

I'm a 'new' keto groupie. 4 weeks so far, half the weight I want gone :smile: and it will only take me another 2 weeks to get rid of the rest. I'm a mother to a 24yo and mother to my hubby as well. I'm a barista, runner & lover of life.... as long as I'm not pissed off hahaha Rolling eyes is only something that happens…

I started keto week and a half ago I've already lost 4 and a half kilos don't really need to but I've been doing fasting for the last 5 years and needed to change. I don't know why I didn't discover this sooner but I'm a newbie and loving it. :#

Losing weight on about 3000 a day. I no longer count calories though, but given that I only eat 4 days a week.

Don't ever seem to have a problem. I fast 3 times a week and not eating on days of TOM is easy for me. No cravings, snacking...... I got used to it

I don't eat breakfast, never have. I also don't eat 3 days a week. I don't find I'm any hungrier or eat worse at all for not having it. I only eat when I am actually HUNGRY and not at a set time of day

I walk daily, at least 5km .... 2.5km to work & 2.5km back..... and always on my own. I will walk the same to go shopping as well. I've walked 42km to get mascara. 17km for a light globe. I take my phone & listen to music the whole way.... or serial. If I'm not walking then I am running. I am on my feet & moving from the…

If I don't workout at least once a day then I find I have no engergy & can't even make it to midday without wanting to die in bed.

Nope can't say that I hate it at all. I don't get extra hungry, I guess it helps the fact I ast 4 days a week, no reason to eat when I'm not actually hugry.

I have been at my goal weight now for 3 years. Lost 71lb..... I still feel & see myself as the fat girl that I was. Even though people say "oh you're so so tiny" I still don't see it some days at all. :(

Well your weight does mean you would burn more, but yeah it would go on TDEE. I've always listened to my fitbit calories (I have a One & a Flex) and have not put on weight in 3 years.

0. Never have had breakfast & never will. I don't feel the need to eat just because of a time of day. If it's a fasting day then I wont eat anything anyway.... but on normal days I'll eat when I am hungry not just from a time of day.

Calories in vs calories out...... 78lb in 7 months.... then I switched to fasting 3 days a week & eating what I want the other days.....now 3 years later & I'm still doing it that way & have kept all my weight off easily. This is how I'll eat for the rest of my life. ........ and I love that.

Chobani greek. Anything from the range, but my fave is coconut. Small tubs are great cause I pop them in the freezer & it is then ice-cream :smile:
