    Never have had breakfast & never will. I don't feel the need to eat just because of a time of day. If it's a fasting day then I wont eat anything anyway.... but on normal days I'll eat when I am hungry not just from a time of day.

    About 140-180 depending on which bread I use. I have the same thing every day (during the week at least) - boiled egg on toast.

    300-400, usually. I tend to eat most of my calories toward the end of the day.

    maaan i so love breakfast. I make a new thing everyday, which are complex recipes, and always sugary (but healthy! Mostly fruit-based, with nuts and stuff. it's a good balance of all macros, and carbing up in the morning works well for me) so i'm always excited for the next morning...Usually around 500, on occasions 600 if it calls for it, for a total of 1650-1700 cals daily .
