Get a Garmin Forerunner 15. Steps, HR, GPS, and will sync to MFP as well. Way more accurate in calories than fitbit (fitbit are very generous for that). What's a cheat day? I eat what I want, when I want, and how much I want. I hate the word cheat, that makes it seem like you are doing something wrong or cheating yourself. You know if you do fasting like I do then you don't need to worry about cheat days, strict daily allowances.......

3 meals or many small? How about the other one...... fasting. Mon, Wed & Fri I simply don't eat. I'm willing to bet I'm more healthy than those who eat every day ;) and I workout better as well.

There is no 'bored' at my work & no wasting time online at all. In my work there is ALWAYS something to do. Always. If not....find something. Perhaps that's the reason why I can easily not eat the food where I work.

Get up early go for a walk, walk everywhere. I get 30,000 a day 4 times a week & 40,000 3 times a week. Then once a month 100,000 in a day. I get up at 4am if I have to in order to get my goal before I start work at 7am. By the way.... buy a Fitbit or a Garmin Forerunner 15. Count your steps easier than a phone.

Depends..... on Mon, Wed & Fri I have about 3000 calories left over. On Tues, Thurs, Sat & Sun I have eaten all my 2000cals and perhaps a little more.... depending on if I've had pizza or not.

Yep the same issue as cayte2014 I get a blank page when trying to connect them. I have a forerunner 15 and even my vivofit never connected at all. I have no idea how to do it from garmins side and MFPs side takes me to the blank page..... driving me crazy

I picked to be 65kg down from 95kg...... it never changed once, and I not only got there but then passed it by 6kg. I'm right where I should be for a healthy BMI & measurements. Not put on anything since, it's now been very close to 3yrs since I started.

Been doing it for about 1.5yrs now. Every 2nd day with 0calories. Simples. I eat what I want the other days.... and really do..... Plenty of energy. Not hungry on the off days. In fact if I didn't HAVE to eat I would not. I see no need for food other than to keep my body alive.

Well for me it was a case of developing an eating disorder from calorie restricting. If anything was over 50cal... I would not eat it. That was not healthy. It also means you don't have to restrict yourself. THAT would be why people 'subject themselves'... although you make it seem like they are doing something so hard.…
