No but they are a hell of a lot closer when I have a good solid heart rate of 180+ for 60 mins.....MFP can't think of that part. I've actually lost more weight & faster since getting mine that I did without it. That to me says enough. I make sure I burn a particular amount before I even think of stopping.

The rates on here are WAY WAY WAY out. Ever since I got my 1st HRM I went better. I wont workout without it now. There is no way on earth I burn the amount here gives me.

Actually I'd suggest just not buying the crap you put in your mouth & try some damn willpower. If you can't even stop buying it then why bother asking how to stop eating it?

Mine is 98 cals a scoop & that's made up totally. Not all of them HAVE milk added to them & even then I can add almond milk to it for an extra 40cals. Still under 150

Forget the C25K. Seriously. Just run till you can't run anymore, then keep running. Then next time run further. Does not always work that way. I am on the go all day, like fully active all day. I dont think I can increase anymore than I already am without giving up sleep.

Went from a 40DD to a 34D. Yep mine are almost gone. Love it because my tops fit soooooo much nicer now. I have that nice little roundness in the shape at the top when my bra is on.

Water. Perhaps some cucumber, mint, lemon & ginger in it. But apart from that....nothing but water. I don't feel the need or want to drink anything with alcohol in it anymore. In fact I've not drunk anything like that for about 4 years now. There are other ways to relax than to poison myself.
