I used to eat sand, those gritty parts are great & any cat pee/poo is just extra bonus as far as I'm concerned. You know I took your advice 20 years ago.... stuffed as much FOOD as I could eat into myself..... and I ended up 95kg on a 159cm frame.... I was obese. Yeah shocking huh.... obese through eating food.

843 for me so far but that is for exercise days in a row as well. So 843 for logging & 843 for workouts in a row. Never missed a day. I doubt anyone can beat that streak.

Does it matter considering you will be getting a Sunday or Monday each week anyway? I did not know a healthy eating way of life ended each week. 1st world problems I guess.

Liposuction &/or tummy tuck if you want to spot reduce fast. Guaranteed to work 100% Otherwise nope, no amount of planks or other ab work will do anything apart from get the muscles under the fat.

A normal hula hoop is actually more of a workout than a weighted one due to the fact it's you that is making the hoop spin rather than weights. If you want a better workout I'd suggest getting a non-weighted one.

Coming from someone who has now worked out 827 days in a row.... I'd say it's ok. I get over injuries faster that others I have known with the same injury that take time off to 'recover' I'm doing fine.
