Hi I have tried all the diets too. I started at 180 and have lost (as of today) 9lbs. I do the 1200 calories authorized by my Doctor who does a lot of ppl who have done the surgery route.. She put me on this diet and on fitness pal ; she also uses myfitnesspal.

you can also use Brummel & Brown "made with Yogurt butter" Fat 5g; calories 45 tsp. It is sold at Kroger, or Publix. WalMart stopped carrying it, so don't go there. At least they stop here in KY.
