Do you realize that a lot of HEALTHY foods cause GI problems? I will forever be on medication so that I can eat fruits and vegetables without being in severe pain or vomiting. GI problems happen to all different people, so that was quite an odd comment.

Wow! Sounds like a waste of time and money to me! I would go crazy if I had to look at cookies all day long (must likely to binge on other things as well!). That's just crazy!

I have signed up for my first 10K in April and am also a non-runner! I am currently on week 3 of C25K and every Wednesday I do a 10K on the treadmill just to see how I'm progressing. I'm still pretty slow, but hoping that as I build my endurance up my time will become better! Good luck!

I would like to lose 2 more lbs by Christmas (last 10lbs, so trying to be realistic that it won't be dropping off quickly!) and more importantly STILL be 2lbs lighter at New Years! No baked goods for me this year....I have no self-control when it comes to Christmas baked goods!
