I just checked that out and IDK about it. It said my BMI was 25.4% I weigh 234 and am 5'9" That just doesnt sound right....

I would leave it as sedentary. You calculate in your calories burned anyway.

No my doctor didnt tell me not to exercise but I do have lupus. Just a couple of women I know that lost alot of weight said thats what they did and they only plateaued the once. Since both said the same thing I thought there might be something to it. Thank you all for all the responses and birthday wishes!

I can imagine how you feel. I would be super frustrated. But others have told me to measure. 40 lbs is incredible! and I doubt you lost all of it in your breast. It might help push you threw this slump. And everyone has areas they loose in first. Once your breast are threw it will start on another spot. Mine is my waist.…

I've only told my family about it but everyone but my father in law thought it sounded great. He just laughed. Which surprised me cause hes a big fitness buff. And he agreed with me its about calories he just thinks a website for it is dumb i think. I don't think i would keep up with it without it.

I bought some brew a couple of days ago but havent drank any. I've been drinking Lipton's Diet Green Tea in the gallon. Also, Thanks to everyone that has replied. It has helped alot!

I'm kinda yo-yoing on the exercise. When I get a chance when no one is home I do it. It just embarrasses me something horrible. I know its stupid but I can just imagine my huge butt in the air. Lol. I see everyone thats around 5 11 is aiming for about 180. Im 5 10 and my goal was 140. Is that too low?

I agree with your partner. Lie. But my kids arent allowed to stay at anyones house. I don't trust people. And I dont think every once in a while would hurt that bad. I think its when people chain smoke in an enclosed area. Where they can't get fresh air.

My Grandma had one about 10 years ago. I don't know where she got it tho. But I would guess you could still find one.

I read somewhere ( a fitness mag I think) that you lose 10% more if you exercise before breakfast. I tried it. I don't have enough energy I guess. I can't do half the exercises I can do after breakfast.
