Egg whites!!! They are like THE perfect food :3

Regular hummus :3 I don't like all the other flavors. It's soooo good though!

If you stay under the calories, you'll lose weight. But if you take in the wrong ones you might lose weight you don't want to lose, like muscle mass. I suggest doing it healthier. It will make you look and feel better.

Can I see your food diary?

Try basic crunches and leg lifts. Also, and I know this sounds stupid, try the workouts in magazines such as seventeen. They're effective as long as you do them right. Beginners yoga might be good as well.

I don't see why? You're burning calories, it shouldn't make you gain weight. Adding yoga though would probably be beneficial.

Start small, and with a goal. Do a mile and do it at a light jog. And don't stop or else you'll keep stopping. If you're tired, then just slow down a bit, but don't walk. I also don't recommend using a treadmill because they get boring and you tend to keep track of the time more. Try running around your neighborhood. It…

Greek yogurt. I get the Athenos kind with a little fruit thing on the side. It's 100 cals and it actually makes me full. 11g of protein.
-
I think it's fine. You need a lot of protein in order to maintain muscle mass. And as long as you're getting unsaturated fats, they should be fine. Just watch the saturated and trans.

If you're always feeling hungry, change the foods you eat. Like if you eat eggwhites, have a full egg. You don't get as much, but after I have the whites I'm still hungry and after an egg I'm full for a while. Switching to higher calorie options might seem bad because you don't get as much, but it's quality over quantity.

Eating that amount of calories shouldn't be that hard if you're making the right food choices and having correct portion sizes. Also having a third of the calories for breakfast helps keep you full, so you're really not hungry the rest of the day. I've been doing 1200 for a while and the best way is to have around 400 for…

The child has a syndrome. It's not the parents fault.

Protein is really good for you. The standards here are very low. And it helps contribute to muscle gain, which burns fat. I highly suggest doing some strength training as muscle burns more calories, and it gives you some tone so you look good.

Water only helps.

Oof that's ana talk. I really suggest you not go down that road ._.

Watch a movie or listen to a band with someone's body type you aspire to be. My inspiration is Zooey Deschanel. She's not super skinny, but she's slender and just has a really nice frame. If I feel really low on motivation I just listen to her music and watch (500) days of summer, and I'm back on the wagon! It really works…

I'm pretty sure their miniscule. It's like I don't count the calories in splenda even though it's 4 per packet. It really does no damage at all.

Egg whites. In the carton it's 5 or 6 grams of protein per serving, with about 25 or 30 calories (depending on the brand, they have different serving sizes).
-
I'm sure that's fine! It probably depends on everyone though. Like if I stop, I'm less likely to keep going so I have to push through it. But if it works for you, I'm sure it's not problem :3
-
Ohp. I forgot to change that. I'm just trying to get really toned right now. I set goals a whileeeee ago when I was really unhealthy, and that picture was from my low weight. I'm like 11 pounds above that now.

Because I need to be older? lol.

OH MY GOD I'M ADDING YOU! I'm like the only 16 year old on here :c

My weights 116.5!!

Oooo could I join??

Lol I almost always stay within 800-900 on a good day. I get hungrier if I eat more, so I just kinda deal with it. I really see nothing wrong...

Try using lower calorie options. Always go for fat free when possible. That usually cuts the calories in half! And you could easily make a dinner with 300-400 calories. Mine are almost always under 300. Just make a lot of veggies. Meats are going to be higher, so try using veggie meats. You could also try making your own…

Hey I've been a vegetarian for like 3 months now and the transition was pretty easy! I just went right into it. Eggwhites are amazing for protein. And they're very low cal. I get the eggbeaters ones in the carton and make some eggwhite omeletes. Also, yogurt. Which is like my obsession. Ummm edamame has protein too (soy…

im not sure. i just dont eat my exercise calories because im always skeptical about the numbers they put there

Try raw veggies. They have reallyyyyy low calories and are perfect for the munchies :) Or maybe some 100 calorie packs of snacks. They have them for almost anything!

I've never heard of this. What is it?
