Stay with 1 pound, just make sure to exercise so your able to eat more. Like I'm never able to eat 1200 calories, so I exercise and burn off around 500 so I'm able to make it without starving.

We actually have the same body type, and height. I'm only about 9 pounds less than you. My thighs are the worst. I lose everywhere before them. They only started getting smaller when I got around 107

I usually weigh myself every 1-2 weeks. It really depends. I kinda just do it whenever I'm curious. I don't like to do it too often because I go to the gym so I might be gaining muscle weight. I go by how I look in the mirror and how my clothes fit, etc.

I usually have some organic cereal with skim milk and a banana sliced into it. Very yummy. I also make egg white omelets. On school days however, I usually just have a granola bar or some oatmeal or something.

All the time. No matter how much weight I lose, my stomach isn't perfect, my thighs are too big, I'm not toned enough. Then I lose in the wrong places like my face and my arms and my chest. My body will never be perfect, and I guess I'll just have to learn to accept that.

I never count weights. I'm scared of overestimating, so I just do it as a way to build muscle, not lose weight.

I do the machines at the gym for my legs and hips. Do light weights with a lot of reps, and it burns fat. You can't really spot reduce, but it helps to burn fat all around.

Try logging as aerobics or circuit training, but mfp does over estimate. I usually put it in for a lesser time. I'd rather under estimate than over estimate!

You burn 20 calories an hour chewing gum. So if you have a piece every 15 minutes, it wouldn't do anything. I never log my gum.

I usually eat them back because I'm always starving after burning a lot of calories. Also, if you're deficit (allowed intake - exercise) is under 1200 it does that starvation mode thing and stop you from losing weight. Trust me I've been there. I bring various snacks instead of eating a normal lunch. I usually bring a banana, a fiber one 90 cal bar, and a handful of almonds. This is like 300 calories, and then I eat something right when I get home. There's absolutely nothing to buy at school that's healthy, and I need a lot of willpower. It's hard to turn down…

Mine is at 1,200, but that's my deficit. I eat all my exercise calories back for the most part. Somedays I don't, and a lot of days I go over, but I still manage to lose a pound a week basically. Not bad :3

Like half of my days are cheat days and I still manage to lose weight. Just don't go TOO high. Like have about the amount you would need to maintain.

I usually have a quarter of them for breakfast, another quarter for lunch, a quarter for dinner, and then i space the others around the day for whenever I get hungry.

How about 2 pieces of whole wheat toast and two large eggs?Then add some fat free yogurt and a cup of 1% milk. That should add up to about 400 calories, depending on what brands you get etc.

The levels are really low here, and if you're cutting calories then you are going to lose weight. This might come off your muscles though. Protein is essential in maintaining muscle mass and burning fat.

MEAT. I'm actually a vegetarian, so I cut all of that out almost a year ago. I'm not a fan of fast food, except for Mcdonald's fries and m and m mcflurries. yum! I also HATE chocolate, so thats a good thing :3
