5ft 1.75 :) SW: 132 CW: 129 (2 weeks in) GW: 115 or Just get back in Size 3 Jeans I do a 30-40 bike ride 3 times a week and take a short fast walk on off days, bikram 1-2 times a week. Eat under 1300 calories a day. Slow progression, anyone have any secrets for us shorties?

I gave up going into my pantry except when making meals - I hope this will help me CUT OUT ALL SNACKING, unless its from the fridge which is healthy stuff like fruit, veggies, yogurts and low calorie cheeses :)

I wore a heart rate monitor yesterday. I weigh around 125 and checked my heart rate the beginning, after triangle, before floor series, after spine series and at the end. It said i burned 433 calories. Way less than what online calculators say.

I started doing the 30 day challenge on Monday, first one. On day 3, Its hell especially because I'm getting over bronchitis that i had over the holidays. I had to step out of the room yesterday and was super embarrassed :( but i didnt want to mess everyone up. I found the mornings (6am) are much hotter than the evening…
