Can I join this late? Don't know if I can do 20, but I will try! Starting weight: 182 Goal:162 by Easter. Total goal weight: 145 by September 27 so I can go on a cruise with my hubby. I made the challenge for myself and he said he would take me. :) That's around 5#s a month. I can do that!!

I am not sure how to convert my exercise of jogging on a mini trampoline to miles. Maybe someone can help. It comes out to around 100 jumps or steps per minute, and I jump for 30 minutes.

Ok, I'll go for it. I jog on a mini trampoline and will count the steps. (I'll count for one minute and multiply)

Leave the area you are tempted in (Kitchen, etc.) and go do something else. Tell yourself you can eat it or a substitute, if you are still hungry in 10 minutes. Usually you forget about it for a while at least. Often a drink of water will help.
