If I could afford it. Concept 2 rower, a weight rack up to 300lbs for now, and a sturdy pull up bar that I could attach rings to for rows as I cannot do a pull up yet.

This is exactly correct! Because its only the physical that changed. I'm still really funny, smart, and nice but I wasn't worth their time before.

To keep myself in a fat burning zone I cant got over 2.0 and a 2.5 % incline. I do this for 60-120 mins, and it doesn't kill me..

Check out marks daily apple, there's a lot of good recipes there. I make the omelet muffins with a few tweeks and I make them in bulk so its a fast and easy breakfast during the week.

From everything I've read about where you are, working on body fat%, the scale is worthless. You are going to gain muscle so you may weigh more but everything else should be changing in the right direction, ie measurements, and how you look and feel in your clothes.

I haven't had access to barbells recently but at one time my 1 Rep Max was: dead lifts 250, back squat 185, shoulder press 85. I know I have lost some of that strength over the past year, but I currently work with 35# kettlebells. Bent over rows, clean and press on each arm, but not both at the same time, yet.

I try not to weigh but once a month. I have my husband hide the scale. If I could stand it id throw it away.

I have it. I don't run and walking is very painful, and I just deal with it I plan to learn the stretches that help and star rolling out my foot with a golf ball or something. Haven't yet.

Muscular thighs are the result of lifting heavy if you don't like the results then quit crossfit, because muscular thighs are your future. Go do spin classes instead or something.

I meant one as in how many I could do on my knees as in girl push ups. I don't think of them like that because I'm a girl and I will eventually do a strict pushup (boy) pushup.

I started out doing pushups on the wall, I can do 5 knee pushups. Tootle push up progressions, pull up progressions, plank progressions, and squats. If you do these you'll be working out almost your whole body. Do the modification and periodically try the next level. Just keep going until you can do more.

I do! My apt complex has a tiny workout room where I use the treadmill and elliptical, but if they weren't there id just walk outsideI also have 2 35lb kettlebells that I use along with bodyweight exercises 3 times a week.
