Honestly you looked healthier prior to your weight loss...And no offense but that drives me flipping crazy when people who are already extremely tiny consider their selves "gross" or fat...it's like seriously? But congrats on your weight loss..you looked fine the way you were though

That is not exactly true..eating under 1200 calories will not harm you depending on your size..someone who is between 280+ is fine eating around 1000..I have a nutritionist and a DR I see about my weight and I currently only intake 1000 calories..alot of days less than that..and they said it is fine but eventually I will…

i count my calories like crazy...I started with only 1200 a day but now I'm at 1000..and I go to the gym 6 days a week for an hour..40 mins of cardio and 20 mins of strength..and I only drink water and crystal light..oh and my biggest secret!
