Thanks everyone! I know it's super weird..definitely looks like more than 15lbs..but i guess that's why I've learned to not depend on the scale for progress.

I exorcise 6 times a week..I normally do 25-30 mins of Arc Trainer at an incline of 10 and resistance of 35, 10 mins of Nordic trainer at a incline of 10-15 and speed of 3.2-3.5, and then 15-20 mins of strength training and abs.. :) then a nice 20 mins in the Sauna.. and on mondays I do Zumba..As for a Diet, I'm not on…

That's probably because your gaining muscle..do you do more strength training than cardio? But as long as your getting smaller I wouldn't worry

I wouldn't call this a before and after..it's more of a before and current..I still have 80 more lbs to go to get to my short goal, and 109 to go to get to my big goal.
