Fair play Michael thats some going. It sure takes a lot of focus and determination to achieve a goal liike that, I was 15 stone a few months ago & have just got down to below 13 stone last week, few more pounds to go but getting there. Your dead right though, theres nothing like a few pounds lost to motivate you.
Brilliant going, very impressed, great to see a success story like yours. Enjoy.

Im a Canon fan. S90 and 5D Mark 2 here!!!0 -
Canon? Such a shame! :P Haaa even as a Nikon-fan, I have to admit the 5DmkII is an amazing camera, totally raised the bar when it came out!0

Amazing job for sure, kudos!
From what you say about the protein intake, no fat and keeping tabs on the carbs, it sounds like you have become much leaner, and in doing so have lost a lot of weight...? Is that correct?
What about exercise, what kind of workouts do you do?
I've got a few more pound to lose total than you do, but I'm on my way.
Cheers!0 -

Thanks Stu! I have become a bit leaner yeah! I've been really bad with exercise recently - I started a new job on evenings about 2 months ago which was always when I did my exercise, so it's been hard for me to get in the routine again. I used to play 5 a side football, swim, and cardio at the gym (I'd usually do 20min jog, 20min fat burn on the bike, 5min crosstrain, 20min row, 5min crosstrain - and then collapse!) You've actually given me a bit of a kick up the backside to get back to it, thanks!0 -

Backside kicks gladly given...... it they help
I know what you mean about time, we run our own business, and some days, I don't even have time to eat, which is a BAD thing.
Fitting in time two workout is hard, I honestly can only do it, if I do it at home, no time in the day to go to a "gym".
Cheers!0 -
Wow that is impressive. A total change.
