Hi guys - thought as I'm now passed 100lbs gone I should post a couple more pictures! Keep working hard and enjoying it guys! The most important part is that you enjoy it ;)

Okay, this picture is Christmas 2008, I'd say around 22 stone - unsure as I didn't start weighing myself until I joined MFP in Jan and started losing!

Keep the faith guys, the good days are a million times better than the bad days are hard :) thanks so much to this site and the community, I couldn't have got this far without you all. Only 21lbs from goal weight now!

Three biggest things I'd say in terms of food are literally as much protein as you can get (i have a ridiculous amount of egg whites and also half a tin of tuna most days), don't mix carbs and fats in the same meal ever, and keep your calories down - oh and flax seed oil! It helps with weight loss but also with joints, blood pressure, even lowers risk of cancer supposedly!

Thanks for the kind words guys, really means a lot!

Great job. Ever notice you're kind've invisible when you're overweight but the opposite when you're not? I do. I had longer hair when I was thinner and I've seen people I used to know in the store and they never even take a close look at me or realize it is me. I suppose it's a wonderful incentive for losing weight because I think no matter how solid your relationship people enjoy the occasional double take. It makes them feel like they're still in the 'game'.

I got a question: how long did it take you to lose 108 lbs?

Ha, yes! I do notice that. I've even been introduced to people I've known for years, and they can't remember me. Way of the world, sadly!
I started on Jan 17th this year.
