well i'm losing weight at a "healthy" pace for my size...I think it's totally possible to lose weight "fast" and not have skin flap I just don't know exactly how.. Biggest loser contestants lose over 100 lbs in less than a yr and dont have arm flap..So I know theres something other than surgery..I just wonder what.. my Dr…

I do both..I do about 30-60 mins of cardio and then 15-30 mins of strength training and I switch it up alot..on mondays I do Zumba

And yes that is my son :) he's my world..hes one of the things that keeps me going..I would never want him to be embaressed of his fat mom..or have to deal with seeing me sick or anything that was caused by being overweight..and I would never want him to go through the things I did while I was a child for being…

Usually for breakfast it all depends on how much time I have..If I have little time I have a yogurt and banana if i have a bit of time i have cereal and fruit and if I have the day off I normally eat eggs and toast then I normally have about 2 or 3 snacks through out the day which consist of fruit,veggies, cheese…

well a big thing that people don't do is switch it up..If you switch it up alot and do more than one thing you'll be surprised how much you'll lose I do about 1 hr of cardio and 20-30 mins of strength training..and on mondays I just do zumba

yeah totally..I think one of the biggest things that's inspired me though is my Son..he just turn 6 months old..and I'm super determined to be smaller by the time he's running around..so i can stay caught up..and so he wont be embarrassed of his fat mom

There really is no Average..seeing that weight lost has to go on so many factors for example, your age,weight, how much you have to lose, your lifestyle, etc.
