You are building muscle by exercising so the fat is turning and will always weigh more. Sorry to disappoint you but you wil see a difference in your distribution of the weight as in your legs will look more toned than before etc..... you will look great!!! :wink: :wink:

I am a zumba instructor and it is sooo much fun and better than just plain aerobics. Based on your fitness level I would say you could count between 500-700 calories. You have to judge it on how much you put into it and what aerobic level you are.

I have to have chocolate ... it is my comfort food....so I plan it in and eat it. Don't deprive yourself because then you will over do it! I like to have hershey kisses and let them melt in my mouth so I get the chocolate pleasure longer!
