That's awesome!! Doesn't it just feel good? I started in a size 14 and being asked if I was pregnant a few times. Not fun. Jeans/clothes are what make me feel the best, a lot better than the scale. Buying smaller sizes or looking better in my clothes is the greatest success

When I first got pregnant with son #1 I had this yellow shirt I loved and one day when I was 8 months pregnant I saw the same shirt in different colors on sale so I grabbed a red and blue one in a medium thinking I'd fit into them soon after. It took 3 years but I finally fit into those shirts and nicely! It feels amazing

I posted a picture of what I want to look like again right on my fridge. Then every bathroom in the house has little sayings like "If you have time to facebook, you have time to work out!" "You must, you must, you must decrease that butt!" And some others....sounds silly but it helps me get up and go!

I like the ankle weight idea! At work I get up every 1-1/2 or so and walk this loop through the office twice. Takes about 5 minutes and it's better than sitting all day. I used to drink way too much soda period. I went through a phase of regular and then a phase of diet....it's hard but replace it with something like water with lemons, or raspberries. That is AWESOME and SO true. You are speaking right to me! I was feeling pretty good about my new size and then suddenly I was around an old friend who looks freaking amazing and just lost some weight- I'd guess down to a 4 and all of a sudden I felt kinda frumpy.

I just don't buy any of these types of things- some new fad is always out there. Just eat better foods and be more active- go outside, dance, plat softball....anything. But you'll be healthier and thinner!

I agree with a lot of what others have said. I am not an expert on diet or exercise but I have read a lot on the topic and from what I have seen work for other people I would suggest more weight training exercises and it wouldn't hurt to look at eating less processed foods

I never thought of using standing to count standing....I'd much rather not track it and if I am earning some "extra" calories standing one day than sweet but I don't want to thin I can eat back 400 calories from standing
