Pure Barre is a mix of pilates, strength stuff like push ups, and ballet/dance. It's really hard and I have been doing 3-4 times a week and can really tell the difference. @mbeth21 every class I wonder why I ever go back LOL It is pretty killer but I just feel better overall :0) Keep up with it!

I do not easily lose weight while breastfeeding- but I finally figured out what worked for me. Personally I would up your calories to your BMR and do exercise daily and not eat those back. Also, walk.walk.walk! I think it's perfect while nursing and it doesn't strain your tatas. Right now I am still holding onto about…

I have a friend that is and she does the shakes plus small meals throughout the day. She says she totally stuffed. What else do you eat and when?

Just because something is higher in calories doesn't mean it's not healthy

I knew things where high in calories and not what I should be eating but I was floored at HOW high they were. My big ones had to be the PB&J sandwiches I would eat- at least 2.5 servings of PB and 2 of jelly....then I would eat 2-3 sandwiches. I also would buy those big things of Oreos at Costco and eat a full roll dipped…

IMO folks are here for support to get in shape and lose weight, not get schooled in spelling. And yes, it bugs me when words are spelled wrong but everyone had a weakness and some folks that weakness is spelling and I don't want those people to not post as often because they are worried about spelling.

Non-Pregnant highest weight was 185lbs- at least that I saw on the scale. I think I spent some time at 195 as well. I will NEVER be at that weight again, I just felt BLAH
