Hi everyone, I don't have much time but wanted to post my stats for the day. 9/8 330 calories 5 cups of water 9/9 765 calories 8 cups of water: 9/10 397 calories 9 cups of water 9/11 0 6 cups of water: total: 1492 and 28 cups. :laugh: LOL...did anyone else read my total and think, Columbus sailed the Ocean blue? Absolutely normal! Get a HRM and start eating back at least half or better yet, all of your exercise calories. Great job with the running! D

I think it is important to sometimes take a planned break. If you know you are obsessing about a certain food, sometimes it is better to plan for it by limiting calories during the day, exercise a little bit extra and just do it.
